Church Farm House was a significant project that spanned a period of 12 months. Our clients had recently purchased the Grade II listed building, which had been untouched for almost 40 years and was in need of full refurbishment and development. They had also gained planning permission for a new build three bedroom guest cottage in the grounds, with a rebuild of the stable block.

Liaising with the architect, Premier undertook a the complete new build of the guest cottage and redevelopment of the stable block. Once this was completed, the Grade II house underwent a top to bottom refurbishment and kitchen extension . This included full bathroom refits, new windows and floors, a brand new kitchen, complete ground source underfloor heating and brand new electrics.
