In the middle of lockdown, we were recommended to a family who were looking to develop one of their outbuildings. Having been locked in with their two young boys during the pandemic, they wanted to create a large space that would be very separate to the main house so that they could enjoy some peace and quiet! Premier worked with the family to design a games/ bar room that could be enjoyed by everyone.

Three sets of folding doors were installed, a new insulated floor was laid, all the walls were insulated, plastered and then panelled to the customer’s specifications. Areas were created to have a cupboard where a table tennis table could be folded and hidden, and a shower room installed. A brand new entertaining bar space was also created, along with uplighters and built in mood lighting.
